- Track My Journey uses GPS and computer software to track customer journeys accurately in real time - when enabled by the user
- Tracking info can be instantly shared with friends and family to update on journeys and arrival times and will keep working even if the smartphone is switched off or loses signal
- The new feature is now available in the Southeastern app

- Lee Woolcott-Ellis established a mental health charter to support colleagues across the rail industry
- He will receive a British Empire Medal (BEM) for services to Mental Health in Transport
