Southeastern joins Great British Rail Sale with more discounted tickets available than ever before!: Great British Rail Sale - Southeastern

  • Over one million tickets on sale from today (6th January)
  • Tickets are valid for travel between 13 January and 25 March
  • Available to purchase via the Southeastern website and app

Southeastern is delighted to confirm its participation in the Great British Rail Sale, with over one million discounted tickets available for passengers across the network. 

From today (Tuesday 6 January), customers can snap up tickets with savings of up to 50% on advance fares for travel between 13 January and 25 March 2026. The sale closes on Monday 13 January.

This year, Southeastern is offering just over one million tickets, a massive increase of 86% compared to 2025.

The week-long sale presents a fantastic opportunity for more people to travel by train, including families planning half-term activities, friends arranging weekend getaways, or customers looking to save on their regular journeys.

The sale runs from 6-12 January 2026, with tickets available for travel between 13 January and 25 March 2026. Passengers are encouraged to book early to secure the best deals.

Buy online between 6 -12 Jan 2026 for travel between 13 Jan – 25 Mar 2026. Tickets are available on selected routes only and are limited and subject to availability and exclusions. Railcard discounts do not apply.

Tickets for travel on Southeastern must be purchased at least 7 days prior to travel. Southeastern charge no booking fees but some participating Train Companies and ticket retailers may charge a booking fee. This sale is mainly available online but if you require assistance or have specific accessibility requirements, contact our Customer Services or visit a Southeastern ticket office.
