Southeastern has launched a range of digital Railcards available to buy on its app and website.
Railcards have always been a great way to save money when buying a train ticket, and now with the introduction of Southeastern’s new digital Railcards customers can save money with the convenience of a digital Railcard on their phones.
Digital Railcards give savings of a third off the price of train tickets and can be bought from the Southeastern app and website, with Railcards to suit everyone.
Southeastern customers can choose from the 16-17 Saver, 16-25, 26-30, Two Together, Family & Friends, Senior or Network Railcards depending on their travel needs. For customers who aren’t sure which Railcard is right for them, Southeastern has a handy Railcard calculator to help customers find out.
Digital Railcards are stored in the Southeastern app, so customers will always know their tickets and Railcard are all in the same place .
Astrid Agnew, Head of Digital, said:
"We're always looking for ways to save our customers time and money. Digital Railcards are a really easy way for our customers to buy and store Railcards, offering the same savings and benefits as paper Railcards.
“To help make our customers lives even easier they can also ‘favourite’ their digital Railcard so the discount can be automatically applied to any journey searches made on the Southeastern app and website.”
“Southeastern doesn’t charge online booking fees which also helps our customers looking for their money to go further”.
